  REPORT ON PEER TUTORING (19/02/2021 - 6/03/2021)  As a part of B. Ed curriculum, we the students of Karmela Rani Training College, Kollam were advised to take peer tutoring classes with the lessons from 8th standard textbook Chapters 13 and 14. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation, the online peer tutoring class was conducted through the Google Meet platform  and also in a week 2 days were allotted to take online classes directly in the institution inorder to provide us with real classroom experience.  Second phase of peer tutoring session started on 19/02/2021 and extended till 6/03/ 2021.We were a group of 8 members under our tutor Dr. Mary Sindhu. J who guided us and gave proper instructions for peer tutoring session.Each member in the peer group had to take 15 lessons from the chapter alloted to us.   REPORT ON ONLINE TEACHING PHASE 2 (27/1/2021 - 17/2/2021)  As per the B. Ed curriculum, my school internship programme Phase II was started on 27th January, 2021.Due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation, the online class was conducted through the Google Meet platform. I was given six students of 9th standard  of Vimala Hridaya GHSS, Kollam for my teaching practice. I was very excited to have the opportunity to teach the same children that I had taught before in the phase I of online class. Time which allotted for taking online class was at 7.30 pm to 8.00pm. On the first day (27/1/2021,Wednesday) of my online class, there were 2 students  joined  the class.Made a friendly talk with them. Conscientization Report  

  (5-12-2020,8-12-2020 to 11-12-2020) As a part of the B.Ed curriculum I, the teacher trainees of Karmela Rani Training College, Kollam., conducted  an  online class to the students of class 9 G Vimala Hridaya H. S.S, Kollam based on the general paper Edu 12  on December 5th 2020.I took the topic'Duties and Rights of Indian citizen' for teaching. Students were seen very curious to know more about the topic. Powerpoint presentation and whiteboard were used as teaching tool. On December 8th, 2020 I took conscientization class to the students. It was conducted on google meet platform.C onscientization is a popular education and social concept developed by Brazilian educational theorist Paulo Freire.   REPORT ON ONLINE TEACHING PRACTICE (13/11/2020, 16/11/2020, 27/11/2020 to 11/12/2020) As the part of B. Ed curriculum, my school internship programme Phase 1 was started on 13th November, 2020.Due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation, the classes were conducted online  through the Google Meet platform. I was given six , 9th standard students from division G of Vimala Hridaya GHSS, Kollam for my teaching practice. Time allotted for taking online class was at 7.30 pm to 8.00pm.           On the very first day of my online class,(13-11-2020) 4 students joined my class and also my tutor Dr. Mary Sindhu. J  joined to the class. The topic which I taught was 'Parts of Respiratory System' from the Unit:4 'Breathing for Energy'. I was feeling tensed at the beginning of my class thinking about whether students will respond or not. Students responded this made me a bit free. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation, the online peer tutoring class was conducted through the Google Meet platform.  Peer tutoring session started on 12/10/2020 and extended till 5/11/ 2020.We were a group of 8 members under our tutor Dr. Mary Sindhu. J who guided us and gave proper instructions for peer tutoring session.Each member in the peer group had to take 10 lessons ; ie., 5 lessons from 8th standard and 5 lessons from 9th standard. From 8th standard we dealt with the chapter 'Let's Regain Our Fields ' and from the 9th standard we dealt with the chapter 'Simple Nutrients into the Cells'.
